Following a lukewarm reception to its Gamescom 2023 preview, the game’s current-day announcement has failed to generate much excitement among fans and critics alike. Despite initial enthusiasm for this action-packed shooter’s impressive gunplay, our hands-on experience with the PlayStation VR2 version revealed a “frustrating” boss battle, tetchy grab mechanics, and an uninspired flat-screen design that left us underwhelmed.
It’s also the latest VR sport to suffer from a mounting record of delays.
