The Steam Subsequent Fest is currently available until October 24th, offering access to numerous demos for upcoming games. One notable example is Movement Twins’ 3D isometric hack-and-slash game, which will launch into early access simultaneously with the festival’s conclusion.
The co-op multiplayer mode supports up to three players, yet the demo focuses on a single-player experience, with any progress carrying over to the full game’s early stages. Immediately thrusting players into intense action, the game presents a humble yet serviceable butcher’s knife alongside a trio of selectable passives for initial customization. As you venture forth, you’ll uncover an assortment of weapons, including a trusty secondary armament, as well as upgrade options that allow for curses to diminish the damage inflicted upon weakened foes.
Upon death, players are whisked away to the Ark, their humble abode and primary base of operations where they can retrieve a valuable therapeutic flask and allocate Cogs gathered during expeditions towards permanent upgrades. In the demo, players can explore the primary biome, Golem Guardians, but those who get an early access pass will unlock four additional biomes and gain access to a diverse arsenal of 12 unique weapons.
Will maintain an early presence for at least a year to come, with further developments and insights forthcoming. Stay connected for ongoing progress reports. Experience immersive in-game action in the interim.
