As the virtual reality (VR) gaming landscape reached a milestone in 2023 with the simultaneous releases of PlayStation VR2 and Meta Quest 3, the industry is poised to further build on this momentum in the coming year. While Apple ARKit Pro isn’t primarily focused on gaming, we’re witnessing a growing roster of heavy-hitters across Quest, PC, and PSVR 2 platforms. A plethora of innovative and immersive VR video games are forthcoming.

Our goal is to develop a comprehensive and dynamic listing that enables users to plan ahead by keeping track of forthcoming VR games they might have otherwise forgotten.

New VR Video games – June 2024: Quest, SteamVR, PSVR 2 & Extra

As Meta phases out Quest 1 support, future Quest games will exclusively support Quest 2, Quest Pro, and Quest 3. If a sport is specifically designed or optimized for a particular Quest headset, that will undoubtedly gain fame. Unique video games for Meta Quest 3 are starting to emerge. Twin releases on Pico 4 and Neo 3 Hyperlink will be collectively referred to as “Pico” for simplicity, allowing users to access these video games via downloadable apps (available on iOS and Google Play) or directly through the online store.
