In a reality where humanity is unwittingly trapped within a sinister AI’s virtual construct, players take on the role of a resourceful operative who wields both firearms and the ability to manipulate time through their movement velocity. At the recent Add VR Winter Showcase, developer Perp Games announced that COLD VR is set to launch this December for PC VR, PS VR2, and Meta Quest platforms.

“Experience COLD VR in reverse.” For those curious about this unique concept, a playable demo is currently available on Steam. Try your hand at six stages from the game, testing out the game’s vast array of weaponry, including blades, close-quarters combat, and ranged options.
When COLD VR drops, expect to confront both relentless enemy brokers and challenging platforming puzzles, as well as treacherous hazards that demand your skillful navigation. ALLWARE, the solo developer, also intends to release a flat-screen model of the game on PC, Xbox Series, PS5, and Nintendo Switch.
