The Synth Riders have unveiled a fresh, revamped user interface as part of today’s update.
While the Apple Imaginative and prescient Pro’s streamlined interface remains untouched by today’s Synth Riders update, the latter is now live across all other active platforms: Oculus Quest, Steam, PlayStation VR2, and Pico. Kluge Interactive claims its innovative approach simplifies discovering Challenges, locating friends, and accessing desired songs, also providing the following screenshots to UploadVR.
During a conversation with UploadVR at Gamescom 2022, Kluge Interactive’s CEO, Arturo Pérez, shared additional details. Pérez acknowledged that the UI refresh stems from the accumulation of content updates over the years, revealing that numerous new players were initially perplexed about how to proceed within the game.
As we mark six years since our inception, reviewing the past five has revealed a period of significant innovation and fresh content; however, it’s become clear that this growth has led to some challenges in managing the scope. As our focus shifted towards innovative technologies such as the PS VR2 or Apple Vision Pro, we began to realize that there were simply too many options available. Our recommendations had remained consistent for quite some time now.
Pérez clarified that the availability of Synth Riders on existing headsets does not preclude further updates to support new headsets as they become available.
“As our user base expands, we’re proactively addressing the upcoming arrival of new headsets.” While Apple’s long-term growth prospects are well-established, the company still has untapped opportunities with its expanding user base. As Google’s entry into the market becomes imminent, our team is diligently gearing up to meet the impending competition.
Synth Riders is now available to play on Meta Quest, Apple’s Imagination Pro with Apple Arcade subscription, Steam, Pico, and PS VR2.
