The South Korean studio Shift Up had previously hinted at a PC port for its critically acclaimed action game, alongside potential sequel development. Today’s confirmation not only solidifies the port’s existence but also provides a rough launch window or target timeframe.
As a part of the corporate’s latest quarterly traders Q&A (through Inven KR), it was introduced that Shift Up is aiming to launch for PC someday in 2025. The developer notes that, according to recent Steam sales trends for AAA titles, they anticipate selling more on PC than on PS5.
The developer announced their target date: a launch slated for 2025. As the PC gaming landscape continues to evolve, mirroring Steam’s growing dominance in the AAA marketplace and the global box office triumphs of major titles, we predict a more pronounced impact on PC platforms compared to consoles.
As expected, In Fact has performed admirably well on PS5, following the reintroduction of Shift Up in June, which revealed that the game had sold over 1 million copies since its release in late April.
Can also be set to obtain collaboration DLC on November 20th, featuring new cosmetics, quality-of-life improvements, and a Photograph Mode for enhanced gameplay experiences.
