Journalist Jeff Grubb reiterates claims of a forthcoming Sony State of Play presentation, citing a specific date in September as the supposed occurrence.
On his Big Bomb podcast, Recreation Mess Mornings, Grubb asserted that the upcoming State of Play presentation is “almost certainly” taking place on September 24, which happens to be next Tuesday. The rumoured remaster may potentially be unveiled in this location.
During the podcast, Grubb suggested that it’s possible for Sony to unveil another remaster besides the one already announced, which he described as “less exciting” than the initial remaster, and “certainly not” something worth getting excited about. He didn’t provide further details.
Earlier this month, Sony hosted a highly anticipated technical presentation, where it officially unveiled the PS5 Pro, set to launch in November with a price tag of $699.99. If a State of Play presentation unfolds rapidly, there’s a strong possibility that we’ll get to witness additional gameplay footage for the PS5 Professional during the show.
