As December’s end looms and the latest release barely a month ago, Ubisoft’s Massive Entertainment is undoubtedly keeping pace; yet, a plethora of other projects are waiting in the wings to unfold. Roughly a year ago, Ubisoft and Ubisoft Massive announced they had started early development on the game, with Julian Gerighty, co-director of previous instalments, serving as executive producer.
As the roughly one-month milestone approaches, Gerighty is already gearing up for the next adventure. After discussing the details with Recreation File, it was agreed that he will dedicate another month or so to overseeing the newly released sci-fi title before shifting his attention to. Ubisoft recently revealed that its latest release had failed to meet expectations at launch, despite earlier predictions suggesting it would sell less than one million units by the end of August. On November 21, the sports game will officially launch on Steam, marking a significant milestone in its development journey, and simultaneously receive its inaugural expansion pack. The forthcoming expansion, scheduled to debut in the spring of 2025, will soon follow the next free patch, slated for release on October 3.
