Developed by Schell Games, Silent Slayer: Vault of the Vampire is a single-player “jumpscare” VR horror game that challenges players to assume the role of a vampire hunter guided by an ancient mystical tome. With the goal of vanquishing these formidable foes, characterized by their unique peculiarities and inclinations, gamers must employ stealthy tactics to disarm deadly traps and unravel intricate puzzles. Our previous review of Silent Slayer: Vault of the Vampire praised Schell Games’ delivery of a tense and captivating VR horror puzzle experience.
As tension builds and anxiety’s weight bears down on you, Silent Slayer: Vault of the Vampire somehow still manages to leave you with a sense of coolness. As I meticulously pluck strings, deftly snip wires, and craft rugged hieroglyphs, a thrilling sense of tension builds, thanks to the game’s masterful blend of puzzle-solving and sonic mastery.
The Silent Slayer: Vault of the Vampire is now available to play on Meta Quest, with a Steam release scheduled for October 10.
