When Halloween Terror returns with Season 13: Spellbinder, landing on October fifteenth. With the dawn of a new season comes a fresh wave of balance adjustments from Blizzard Entertainment, as the studio reveals an extensive overhaul for popular heroes such as Mauga, Ramattra, Juno, Sombra, and many more.
The ignition period for Mauga’s Incendiary Chaingun has been extended to 4 seconds from its previous duration of 3 seconds. With Ramattra’s updated Pummel ability, he can no longer smash through obstacles in tandem; however, the skill’s damage output has increased by 2.5 times, providing more opportunities for other tanks to strike a balance between offense and defense. The HP healing rate for Juno’s Mediblaster projectiles is now 6 per second, while its damage falloff range has shifted from 30-50 meters to 20-35 meters.
Baptiste’s primary hearth receives a 30% reduction in recoil, an additional incentive to mitigate fatigue from managing this feature. Brigitte’s Restore Pack can experience an extended downtime, lasting 5.5 seconds instead of the usual 5-second pause. Sombra’s Hack ability no longer ends Stealth when used, but it still reveals her presence to enemies. The flexibility lockout period has been reduced from 1.5 seconds to just 1 second.
Moreover, the Stealth ability is no longer passively activated; instead, it’s replaced by the Translocator, which has a duration of under 5 seconds when triggered. The opportunist returns with increased damage output, while Sombra’s hacking ability inflicts an additional 20% harm on compromised targets.
