MM Grupp, the Estonian funding firm that previously supported the development of Disco Elysium, has injected further capital into the project.
According to exclusive data received by Gamesindustry.biz, the funding falls within a seven-figure range, with neither MM Grupp nor any press outlets publicly disclosing a specific figure. Despite this, an announcement has been issued by Kaur Kender, co-founder of Darkish Math, following the recent funding.

Among the notable founders of ZA/UM is Kaur Kender, a government producer on Disco Elysium who also served as an early investor for the studio.

In 2023, he initiated a contentious intellectual property dispute with ZA/UM regarding the rights to Disco Elysium, ultimately resulting in a court-ordered payment of legal fees to the game’s developer.
