For the first time since its launch, Nintendo is hosting a playtest for Nintendo Switch Online. From October 23rd, 6:00 PM Pacific Time, to November 5th, 4:59 PM Pacific Time, a “new feature” playtest will be available to test upcoming enhancements to the service, with a release date yet to be determined.
Registration will open on the website at 8:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) on October 10th and close at 7:59 PM PT on October 15th. Players must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid subscription to the Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack service. When the total number of contributors surpasses a certain threshold, those from Japan may be selected through a random drawing process.
The global roll-out of Exterior Japan’s playtest has expanded its reach to six international markets: the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, and Italy. As opportunities are limited, applicants are advised to submit their applications at the earliest possible moment when the website becomes available. Upon entering, participants will receive a unique Nintendo Switch software package. While details about the innovative feature are scarce at this time, stay informed for future updates and announcements that will provide more insight into its capabilities.
We are likely to conduct a test related to a newly introduced feature on the platform. Starting at 8:00 AM Pacific Time on October As of now, existing Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack subscribers can register for participation on a first-come, first-served basis.
