Ahead of its highly anticipated December debut, Skydance unveiled an immersive story and world trailer for Behemoth, emphasizing the intense struggle between humans.
In this latest IGN Exclusive, the trailer for Skydance’s Behemoth debuts with impressive combat moves and brutal force, as an enemy’s head literally gets knocked off by a powerful punch. While the title “Behemoths” hints at their imposing presence, this fresh design mainly showcases the diverse array of formidable foes awaiting discovery during gameplay.
The highly anticipated trailer debuted following the recent Quest 3 gameplay trailer and a short postponement last month, as Skydance’s Behemoth shifted its initially scheduled November release to a December launch window. While initial hands-on experiences were encouraging, it’s evident that Skydance Games requires more development time to refine their product.
Despite the trailer’s emphasis on the previously announced December 5, 2024 release dates for both PSVR 2 and Meta Quest, it remains unclear when the PC VR version will be available. The Steam page for the game simply lists “to be released” as its discharge date. In response to inquiries about this lack of specificity, a Skydance Games representative told UploadVR that they will provide more information on PCVR within the next few weeks.
