Since confirming in December 2020 that BioWare has begun working on this sci-fi RPG, the developer has regularly shared updates about the game on N7 Day, which takes place on November 7 each year.
With the recent success of multiple N7 Day events in the past and another one just around the corner, there’s naturally a great deal of excitement surrounding everything BioWare right now – although the developer has cautioned that it may not have as much to share later this week as some might have anticipated.

Although the subsequent installment is reportedly several years away, recent updates have provided new insights into its development, with project director Michael Gamble confirming that it will maintain the mature tone and photorealistic art style of the original trilogy, alleviating concerns about a tonal shift reminiscent of some other series.
Artistic Director Jon Epler has announced that BioWare will not be releasing downloadable content (DLC) for their fantasy motion role-playing game, as the studio is shifting its full attention towards developing the next installment in the series.
