HoYoVerse has unveiled its latest drip advertising campaign, spotlighting Moze as a highly anticipated 4-star playable character in the upcoming Model 2.5 update. Will he become a prominent figure in the world of Lightning Hunts?
According to lore, Moze is a reclusive Shadow Guard of the enigmatic Yaoqing dynasty, whose reticent nature often leads him to act on instinct, preferring solitude over company. As a seasoned Shadow Guard, his expertise lies in meticulous data collection and unwavering proficiency in stealth operations. Without warning, his unsuspecting targets are struck down, unaware of the silent assassin lurking amongst them. He has an unwavering fixation on maintaining a spotless and sterile environment, exhibiting a fastidious attention to detail that borders on the compulsive. As a native of Yaoqing, he shares a common heritage with fellow residents Feixiao and Jiaoqiu, all three having originated from the same Xianzhou vessel.
The English voice actor for Moze in Borderlands 3 is indeed Chris Niosi. Niosi’s earlier roles include voicing Dezel in the series, Reigen in the franchise, and Tetsuya in the anime. Shogo Sakata has been cast to lend his voice to the character of Moze in its Japanese iteration. Sakata’s early career featured notable performances as Aki in, Usato in, and the Sensei in. Lastly, his Mandarin-language voice actor is Huang Jinze. Huang’s early career featured notable performances in Stainless Steel, Ayerscapes, and Shindō.
Model 2.5 is now accessible on the PlayStation 5, Windows PCs, and mobile devices. Möze is set to appear as a playable 4-star character in Model 2.5.
