As the Multiverse begins to unravel, a singular anomaly – “one thing historical” – seems to be breaking through, prompting Venom’s swift response.
How? By engaging in intense 6v6 battles against diverse heroics and villainous forces, securing key assets and safeguarding valuable payloads – in reality, this is where the true action unfolds. As a Vanguard, Venom’s proficiency lies in effortlessly scaling walls through his exceptional partition-crawling and partition-swinging abilities. Notwithstanding his formidable abilities, he can still unleash devastating attacks by leaping upon clusters of foes and ensnaring them with tendrils, thereby acquiring shields that prevent their escape and immobilize them.
Venom’s close-range assaults may not be enough to take down enemies, but he can retreat to the depths, accumulating shields as he re-emerges with a massive chunk of health intact. The gameplay style in this title is noticeably more aggressive and robust compared to the web-slinging action of Spider-Man.
The closed beta for the highly anticipated gaming experience is set to launch on July 23rd, exclusively available on Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, and PC platforms, featuring seamless cross-play capabilities across all devices. Members can now create a unique costume for Venom, channeling the spirit of his classic Marvel Comics appearance.
