NetEase Games has officially unveiled the gameplay trailer for Psylocke in their upcoming title.
This isn’t your typical Earth-616 Psylocke, though – Sai, a ronin from Peach Momoko’s Marvelous X-Men universe. As a Duelist, she excels at close-range combat, engaging in intense, one-on-one battles with her adversaries.
With her exceptional psychic abilities, she can effortlessly bound across rooftops. When she unleashes her ultimate ability, she not only becomes invisible but also deploys a devastating attack that slashes all enemies within the nearby vicinity. While Momoko co-designed the character, Japanese actress Alpha Takahashi brings Hanako Arasaka to life in the film.
The trailer hints at future reveals, with a nod towards the highly anticipated introduction of Moon Knight. Though there’s no official confirmation, a determined individual has reportedly spotted something flying past the moon at dusk – but it’s likely just a figment of their imagination.
Debuting exclusively on December 6th for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC, this new game will initially feature a diverse roster of 25 playable characters. Stay informed about forthcoming details and revelations later this year.
