Davide Soliani, renowned Italian recreation designer at Ubisoft, has announced his departure from the company. With a tenure spanning 25 years at Ubisoft, Soliani has had a profound impact on the company’s success, particularly in his role as leader of the event group at Ubisoft Milan during the earlier decade. During this time, he worked closely with Nintendo to develop titles that showcased their collaborative efforts.
“After a quarter-century and 11 unforgettable years at Nintendo, where I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with our extraordinary community of gamers as part of my team, I have decided to leave Ubisoft to pursue a fresh adventure,” Soliani tweeted. “I can’t say extra now. Thank you very much for everything.
Ubisoft Milan, the lead developer behind the sequence, corroborated Soliani’s departure in a tweet, stating:
“We’re confident our efforts will eventually resonate with him, as they are deeply rooted in his guidance to surprise players with unexpected twists.”
During his tenure at Ubisoft, Soliani served as artistic director on numerous projects, including several notable titles, such as and others. Solani still needs to reveal the destination where he will be heading immediately following his departure from Ubisoft.
