HoYoVerse announces the cast of its upcoming agent, Jane Doe. There’s no information provided about Jane’s equipment, nor her faction affiliation.
According to her Agent File, Jane is classified as a feline shape-shifter, exhibiting characteristics reminiscent of the mythological Nekomata species. Despite her similarities to Nekomata, the protagonist noticeably lacks several physical characteristics commonly associated with felines, including prominent cat ears and a distinctive tail. While she may bear some superficial resemblance to a feline, her true nature is far more akin to that of a rodent in many respects. Some of her remarks suggest she may possess questionable integrity. During her voice actor reveal, she candidly shares that her diverse background stems from taking on various odd jobs, which she finds fulfilling as it allows her to engage with the Proxy, remarking that they possess a distinct quality that sets them apart.
Kelsey Jaffer lends her voice to Jane Doe in. Jaffer’s early performances showcased his range as he brought to life characters such as Ayako in, Yaoyao in, and Ayla in. Yu Shimamura provides the voice of Jane Doe in the Japanese version. Shimamura has previously portrayed notable characters such as Annie in, Yosano Akiko in, and the fierce warrior Penthesilea/Berserker of El Dorado in.
In Model 1.1 of a popular game series, Jane Doe is set to become a fully playable character, bringing new abilities and gameplay mechanics to the table. Upcoming character developments for Qingyi and Seth are poised to bring fresh dynamics to the story. Available to play on PlayStation 5, Windows PCs, and mobile devices.
