Frenzies, the free-to-play competitive virtual reality (VR) first-person shooter developed by nDreams, is set to enter early access this October on Meta Quest.
Prior to its introduction last month, Frenzies, developed by Close to Gentle, launched a “neon-drenched” first-person shooter that aimed to build upon the fast-paced gunplay of Fracked and Synapse but in a multiplayer environment. The latest trailer for the VR video game has been released, offering a first glimpse at various gameplay modes. Notably, developer nDreams announced that the early access release is set to begin once the closed alpha testing phase comes to a close.
In FRENZIES, players can expect a thrilling blend of traditional and innovative multiplayer game modes, including ‘Medic,’ ‘Red Light, Green Light,’ and ‘Glitter Pig.’ Up to 12 players can engage in these unpredictable experiences, either solo or in teams.
Although an official launch date for Quest remains uncertain, interested players can already gain early access by registering their interest in the Frenzies’ closed alpha through the game’s official Discord channel. The official confirmation of the full launch date for PlayStation VR2 has been announced.
