Surprisingly, I’ve encountered few bugs in. The game has enjoyed a significant cultural impact since its release. In reality, nobody’s perfect; nevertheless, the latest update merely happens to resolve two specific problems that have long annoyed me.
Notably, players like myself, still navigating the mid-game, can now seamlessly integrate fresh rings into existing equipped slot configurations, a significant breakthrough in our progression journey. Unlike some RPGs of its era, the game allows players to equip multiple rings with unique magical properties. When acquiring a fresh ring, the player can compare its stats to those of previously equipped rings. Can you inspect each ring separately? Annoying, clearly, and stuck now.
Here: “One notable issue arose when unintended audio effects would unexpectedly play.” After a 20-minute stroll around the city, I eventually returned to the lighthouse, whereupon the issue ceased. Fortunately, that was the case, allowing me to skip showcasing the soundtrack entirely. It’s attractive—and skillfully composed by Hans Zimmer and Lorne Balfe, to boot.
Patch notes encompass a comprehensive array of fixes, including numerous references to issues unfamiliar to me. For instance, “Rook’s physique form not modifying unexpectedly after a cutscene with Emmrich” and “Adjusted facial features when Rook first meets Emmrich”, which brought a smile to my face – I’m almost sorry I missed their in-game counterparts. It’s valuable scrolling through the full record, which I’ve provided below, to see if any of your personal pet peeves made the list. I’m glad mine did.
