While the striped design pays homage to the Fractal Design Torrent, it’s significantly more intricate, especially when compared to some of Fractal’s other options, such as the Fractal Design North XL.
Jason Balok, a current member of the US Military, shared this explicit PC on our Facebook page. His passion for DIY projects emerged relatively recently, sparked by his son’s introduction to gaming just a year ago, and this specific build marks his fifth endeavor to date. Initially, he worked with walnut planks before cutting them to size; the entire process took approximately eight hours to complete, including four hours for preparation and another four for assembly and finishing.
The specifications themselves are affordably priced, boasting an AMD Ryzen 9 5900X gaming-grade CPU paired with a sturdy MSI MAG B550 TOMAHAWK motherboard. The system comes equipped with 16GB of high-performance DDR4 G.Ability RAM, a lightning-fast 500GB NVMe M.2 solid-state drive (SSD), and a reliable Seasonic SFX 750 watt power supply. While focused on gaming, this compact PC features an AMD Radeon RX 6950 XT graphics card, mounted in the case via a Cooler Master vertical GPU holder.
