The game boasts an impressive array of over 180 playable characters, but that’s not all – its developer plans to continually expand the roster with new fighters in the coming weeks. Bandai Namco and developer Spike Chunsoft have unveiled two additional features set to enhance the gaming experience in their forthcoming release.
It has been confirmed that Glorio and Vegeta (Mini) will be included in the game’s second wave of downloadable content (DLC). Prior to release, Bandai Namco officially announced that Gamma 1 and Gamma 2 are slated to join the game as part of its initial batch of post-launch DLC content, which is set to be inspired by the Dark Souls series. The subsequent waves of downloadable content will focus on specific characters.
While details about the third wave of DLC have not been disclosed, the Season Pass has enabled the addition of over 20 new characters to the game’s roster across its three waves thus far.
